Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to analyse the interest in the field of environmental finance. The research methodology consists of a bibliometric analysis based on a quantitative research method in the form of an inventory of publication activity in the field chosen for study. The analysis consisted in querying the existing database in the Web of Sciences platform, where we find documentation such as journals, scientific papers, books and others. The query resulted in the display of 1038 scientific documents in the database. The results obtained from the analysis of the data collected from the Web of Sciences with the help of the VOSviewer software show the most cited articles, journals and authors and the existence of strong links between the main instruments adopted by different countries in the field of environmental funding.
