Competencia económica : reflexiones sobre los diez años de la Ley 1340 de 2009

Abstract

En este libro se presenta una serie de artículos académicos con ocasión de los diez años de la Ley 1340 de 2009, que marcó un hito para el país, toda vez que fortaleció el régimen colombiano de protección de la libre competencia económica. En estos ensayos los autores hacen un balance de los asuntos centrales incorporados al régimen de libre competencia económica por la Ley 1340 de 2009. En estas páginas también se exploran aspectos referentes a la teoría económica, fundamentales para el análisis de los mercados y de los niveles de competencia en estos, y se analizan los distintos mecanismos de control ex ante y ex post para proteger la competencia. Este esfuerzo académico es relevante, no solo porque sirve de pausa reflexiva sobre los diez años de la aplicación de la Ley, sino porque en sus páginas se reflejan las lecciones aprendidas por la autoridad de competencia. El libro puede ser leído por cualquier interesado en estas materias, pero será especialmente útil para académicos y practicantes en el área del derecho de la competencia.
