¿Hacia dónde va América Latina respecto al derecho económico internacional?

Abstract

Este trabajo muestra cómo América Latina propone diferentes respuestas a los múltiples desafíos económicos, sociales y regulatorios surgidos de las dinámicas de poder global. La respuesta a la pregunta muestra que hay un esfuerzo serio y sostenido en la región para superar las barreras al comercio que se imponen a sus productos, " para enfrentar los efectos nocivos del crecimiento económico en aras de preservar el medio ambiente de forma sostenible, y de cómo las instituciones financieras internacionales cumplen un papel clave en el desarrollo de las \'demás políticas económicas para la región. La conclusión de la pregunta ¿A dónde va América Latina en el Derecho Económico Internacional? es que América Latina va a insistir en que se oiga su voz en las discusiones globales sobre los temas que se muestran en este libro, porque son los que más impacto tendrán para las generaciones futuras en la región, y que si no se enfrentan de forma adecuada, las repercusiones serán grandes, al limitar aún más su capacidad de dar bienestar a sus habitantes.
