Kooperative Governancestrukturen

    Zunehmend werden von Unternehmen Kooperationen und Allianzen vereinbart, Netzwerke gegründet. Dies ist mit zwei neuen Facetten der Mikrogovernance verbunden. Erstens kann die Corporate Governance kooperationsrelevante Elemente enthalten, die die Integration in ein Netzwerk erleichtern oder erschweren und von der Mitgliedschaft in einem Netzwerk können wiederum Rückwirkungen auf die Governancestrukturen des Unternehmens ausgehen, die deren Veränderung nahe legen. Die Corporate Governance enthält also kooperationsrelevante Elemente oder sie ist vor dem aktuellen Hintergrund um solche zu ergänzen. Zweitens lässt die Institutionalisierung der Netzwerke selbst eine Mikrogovernance entstehen, die Anreize und Restriktionen für die kooperierenden Unternehmen enthält und die die Performance der Netzwerke beeinflusst. Es geht dann um eine Cooperative Governance, also um kooperative Governancestrukturen. Die beiden Typen von Governancestrukturen ergänzen sich und beeinflussen sich gegenseitig. In diesem IfG-Arbeitspapier werden die Anforderungen an kooperative Governancestrukturen und deren Implementierung herausgearbeitet und darauf aufbauend die Governance genossenschaftlicher Netzwerke thematisiert. Eine Primäre und eine Sekundäre Cooperative Governance werden isoliert und analysiert. Es handelt sich um eine Arbeit aus dem IfG-Forschungscluster Unternehmenskooperationen, die hiermit zur Diskussion gestellt wird.
