Reforming of Social Support of Poor in Russia

Abstract

Subject areas of the research are the issues of macroeconomic processes complex analysis methodology. As the basis for development of analytical assessments and forecasts in the research are used, the methodological approaches of the modern version of the System of National Accounts are (SNA 2008) adapted to solve the specific tasks of macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. An important aspect of the research is connected with the study of the macroeconomic analysis methodical base on the basis of the SNA, implemented in the research in the process of formation of SNA analytical indicators system development principles, analysis of the opportunities and constraints of macroeconomic modeling based on the SNA and development of proposals on macroeconomic processes modeling on the basis of "Input-output" tables. In the research are defined the prospects of macroeconomic analysis and forecasting methodology development on the basis of SNA in compliance with the existing priorities of the development of innovation-based economy in the Russian Federation, formation of effective national innovation system and the requirements of the improvement of Russian economy functioning efficiency.
