Construire l’attractivité durable régionale: l’exemple de l’Aquitaine

Abstract

Le présent article s’intéresse à l’attractivité durable régionale, et plus précisément à sa construction en Aquitaine, en analysant les représentations des entrepreneurs. Considérant que l’attractivité doit prendre en compte la qualité de vie de la population locale, son bien-être, et évaluer le bon état de l’environnement, nous nous attacherons à démontrer la nécessaire et opportune construction de l’attractivité durable. Afin de mettre en avant les spécificités régionales, nous présenterons les différences et les similitudes entre aquitains et dirigeants des Pays-de-la-Loire, en termes d’attentes envers les collectivités locales et de représentation du développement durable. A l’aune des caractéristiques décrites, nous conclurons sur la dynamique de l’attractivité durable pouvant être imprimée au sein de la région aquitaine. Nous montrerons alors que les dirigeants de PME sont prêts à s’engager dans le développement durable local mais pas seuls. Dès lors, il appartiendrait aux collectivités territoriales d’initier le cercle vertueux de l’attractivité durable, en misant, notamment, sur la valorisation des ressources naturelles et humaines et sur l’innovation.
