    "This paper examines training measures in workfare positions with additional expenses compensation, the so-called One-Euro-Jobs, which can be implemented by companies. In general one can say that there is a positive influence of training measures on employment opportunities. In consequence, the variables that influence the possibility of participating in a qualification measure are of peculiar interest. This paper explores which of the One-Euro-Jobbers obtain funding. It shows that the probability of participating in a training measure is higher when a large number of participants are employed in a firm and it depends on the field of activity the participants are engaged in. Furthermore, there is a positive correlation between the lower age of a participant and the probability of funding." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
