Abstract

Cet article analyse la création d " une cellule de ressources dédiée à l " entrepreneuriat au sein d " une grande université française pluridisciplinaire. Après une présentation des dispositifs retenus et des défis posés par une telle initiative, notre réflexion cherche à mettre en évidence les logiques et les tensions qui sous tendent la définition puis la mise en oeuvre d " un tel projet évoluant dans un espace de négociation réticulaire, autour d " acteurs pluriels, animés de règles propres. L " analyse s " attache à dresser un premier bilan et discute les difficultés mais aussi les enseignements de cette forme d " intrapreneuriat universitaire.
