Les pays émergents dans la globalisation financière : rupture ou continuité ?

Abstract

Depuis la grande crise de 2008-2009, les pays émergents sont confrontés à des évolutions erratiques de leur financement extérieur. La période actuelle est en effet marquée par des phases d‘entrées massives et de sorties brutales de capitaux, qui déstabilisent les politiques économiques, les institutions financières locales et les entreprises.Cet article propose une analyse de cette nouvelle ère de la méfiance, que les pays émergents manifestent désormais vis-à -vis de l’ouverture financière systématique. Le sujet est ici abordé à partir de ses développements théoriques et de ses enjeux de politique économique.
