Abstract

"En la segunda parte se presentan los estudios relacionados con la fijación y el comportamiento de los salarios en la economía colombiana. Esta parte del libro comienza con un análisis de las instituciones laborales desde una perspectiva histórica; y continúa con el estudio de los mecanismos de formación de salarios a nivel de firma, la influencia del salario mínimo sobre los precios y su impacto redistributivo, el mercado de trabajo en el ámbito regional y la sensibilidad de los salarios al desempleo regional."
