Efecto del cambio del salario mínimo en el precio de las comidas fuera del hogar en Colombia

Abstract

Se utiliza información de precios a nivel de producto-establecimiento entre 1999 y 2008, en frecuencia mensual, para estimar el efecto que tienen los aumentos en el salario mínimo en los precios de la comida fuera del hogar y algunos de sus componentes como almuerzos, hamburguesas, comidas rápidas calientes y gastos en cafetería.
