Blinde Flecken in der Polykrise: Mehr Diversität führt zu einer solideren Wirtschaftspolitik

Abstract

Politische Entscheidungen müssen besonders in Polykrisen unter hoher Unsicherheit und Zeitdruck getroffen werden. Umso wichtiger ist es, unterschiedliche wissenschaftliche Perspektiven und Erfahrungen einzubeziehen. Das führt nicht nur zu einer gründlicheren Ursachenforschung und Lösungsermittlung, sondern trägt auch dazu bei, die Perspektiven unterschiedlicher Betroffenengruppen einzubeziehen. Beratung kann mehr Legitimität entfalten, wenn das Beratungsgremium als inklusiver und repräsentativer wahrgenommen wird. Dennoch sind viele Teile der Bevölkerung in wirtschaftspolitischen Beratungsgremien in Deutschland deutlich unterrepräsentiert. In diesem Beitrag konzentrieren wir uns auf Frauen, die die Hälfte der Gesellschaft bilden. Viele unserer Argumente gelten aber auch für andere unterrepräsentierte Gruppen wie Ostdeutsche oder Personen mit migrantischem Hintergrund.
