Abstract

Napjainkban széles körben és sokszor nagy érzelmi töltéssel tárgyalják, hogy az egyre intenzívebbé váló globalizáció milyen hatással van a nemzetgazdaságokra. A parttalan vita helyett érdemes a véleményalkotást elfogultságmentes, kvantitatív vizsgálatokkal megalapozni. Ezek megkövetelik a globalizáció amorf fogalmának körülhatárolását, valamint a "nemzetköziesedés" előrehaladásának mérését a gazdasági globalizáció legfőbb dimenzióiban. A cikk a globalizáltság - értelmezésünk szerint a gazdasági nyitottság - legfőbb mutatóit vizsgálja, azok tartalmát, korlátait, számszerűsítési lehetőségeit veszi sorra. Emellett összehasonlító elemezést ad a mutatók számértékei alapján Magyarország, az EU-tagországok, valamint néhány kiválasztott feltörekvő ország nemzetköziesedéséről az elmúlt három évtizedben. A tanulmány első része a fogalmi tisztázást követően a termékek és szolgáltatások külkereskedelmével foglalkozott, az itt közölt második rész pedig a portfólió és működőtőke áramlására, a külföldi tulajdonosi irányítás kiterjedtségére, valamint a nemzeti adóalapok elvándorlására terjed ki.
