A felsőoktatási döntéshozatal szemetesláda-modellje
[The waste model of decision-making in higher education]

Abstract

Cikkünkben fel szeretnénk hívni a figyelmet arra, hogy a felsőoktatás intézményi kereteire vonatkozó döntések nagyban befolyásolják a benne résztvevők cselekvési lehetőségeit, illetve motivációit. Bemutatjuk a Mas-Colell [2003] által definiált oktatá si és kutatási kiválóságot biztosító felsőoktatás intézményi keretének a jellemzőit, ezek magyarországi megvalósulását, illetve az egyetemi döntéshozatali modellek kö zül a szemetesláda-modell különböző változatait. E kettős szintézis számos olyan összefüggéshez vezet, amelyek tanulságul szolgálhatnak a felsőoktatás reformjá ban érdekeltek számára.
