A nagyvállalkozók tulajdonszerzési esélyeiről a szocializmus után
[The chances for large-scale entrepreneurs to amass property after socialism]

Abstract

A felhalmozott tudás, készségek és kapcsolatok alapján hasonlóan jellemezhető magyar nagyvállalkozók több felől érkeztek ebbe a társadalmi csoportba. Az egyik jellegzetes életút azoké, akik már a szocialista rendszerben átléptek a magánszektorba, és 1989 után kisvállalkozóból lettek nagytőkéssé. A másik életúttípus a volt állami vállalati, nagyszövetkezeti közép- és felsővezetőké, akik a rendszer összeomlása után lettek nagytulajdonossá. A két csoport tagjai a párttagság által befolyásolt állami vállalati előmenetel, valamint a magángazdaságba való átlépés idejének és módjának eltérései miatt különböző eséllyel vettek részt a privatizációban. Az állami-szövetkezeti szektort a szocialista rendszer összeomlása előtt elhagyók inkább új vállalatot alapítottak 1989 után, a szektorban végig kitartó, gyakrabban párttag, középvezetők és igazgatók pedig többnyire a korábban állami tulajdonban levő vállalatokat szerezték meg.
