A reziliencia, a vállalkozói énhatékonyság és a teljesítmény kapcsolatrendszere. Az állam sérülékenységének hatása fiatal vállalkozók esetében
[The relationship between resilience, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial performance. The effect of state fragility on young entrepreneurs]

Abstract

A vállalkozói énhatékonyság és reziliencia a vállalkozói siker lényeges meghatározói. E tanulmányban 37 ország adatainak felhasználásával vizsgáljuk, hogy az állam sérülékenységéből fakadó nehézségek miként befolyásolják a reziliencia és a vállalkozói énhatékonyság kapcsolatát, valamint a reziliencia vállalkozói teljesítményre gyakorolt hatásmechanizmusait a fiatal vállalkozók körében. Eredményeink azt mutatják, hogy a vállalkozói énhatékonyság és teljesítmény közötti kapcsolat szorosabb a stabil, mint a sérülékeny országokban, a reziliencia és a vállalkozói teljesítmény közötti kapcsolat pedig szorosabb a sérülékeny, mint a stabil országokban. A stabil országokban a reziliencia nagyobb fokú vállalkozói énhatékonysággal jár együtt, és a vállalkozói énhatékonyság közvetíti a reziliencia vállalkozói sikerre gyakorolt hatását. A törékeny országokban azonban a reziliencia és a vállalkozói énhatékonyság között nem áll fenn közvetítői kapcsolat. Ezek az eredmények arra utalnak, hogy sérülékeny környezetben a vállalkozók olyan akadályokba ütköznek, amelyek reziliens leküzdése kevésbé járul hozzá a tapasztalati tanuláshoz, a vállalkozói képességek növekedéséhez, mint a stabil állami keretrendszerek vállalkozói kihívásaira adott válaszlépések, például egy erős piaci versenyhelyzetben vagy a gyors technológiai fejlődés esetén adott vállalkozói válaszok.
