Motivációs különbségek a magyar futballklubok szurkolói között
[Motivational differences between fans of Hungarian football clubs]

Abstract

A magyar futballszurkolók motivációival kapcsolatban az elmúlt évtizedekben több kutatás is foglalkozott, ugyanakkor ezek vagy aggregáltan, vagy egy-egy klub szintjén foglalkoztak a nézőket befolyásoló tényezőkkel. Feltételezésünk szerint össze kell vetni az egyes klubok szurkolóinak motivációit, mert a helyszíni nézők motivációja országosan valószínűleg nem homogén. Kutatásunk mérőeszköze az - adaptált, validált és a hazai viszonyoknak megfelelően átdolgozott - sportfogyasztók motivációs skálája (Scale for Motivators of Sport Consumption, SMSC) volt, amelyet véglegesítése után H-SMSC skálának neveztünk el. Kérdőíves vizsgálati mintánkba kilenc NB I-es klub szurkolói - összesen 1645 fő - kerültek be. Főkomponens- elemzés eredményeképpen nyolc motivációs faktort azonosítottunk, négy belső (csapathoz való lojalitás és a csapattal való azonosulás, közösségi szórakozás, lokálpatriotizmus és siker), illetve négy külső (hirdetések és létesítmény, látványosság, dráma, jó hangulat) faktort. Eredményeink igazolták a feltételezésünket, mivel valamennyi motivációs faktor esetében szignifikáns különbség található a különböző magyar csapatokhoz kötődő szurkolók között. A H-SMSC szurkolói motivációs skála lehetőséget teremthet a magyar futballklubok számára a tényleges és potenciális fogyasztóik magatartásának, illetve motivációinak feltárására és a nézők stadionokba történő bevonzására.
