A magyar családi mikro-, kis- és középvállalatok erőforrás- és képességkonfigurációi
[Resource and capability configurations of Hungarian family-owned micro, small and medium-sized enterprises]

Abstract

Ebben a tanulmányban a Globális Versenyképességi Projekt 372 magyar családi mikro-, kis- és középvállalatot tartalmazó adatállományán elemezzük a vállalati teljesítmény és a versenyképesség komponenseinek főbb jellemzőit nem hierarchikus (K-közepű) klaszterelemzés segítségével. Az alkalmazott ver seny képesség meg kö ze lí tés a Chikán-Czakó-féle vállalat-verseny képesség fogalom meghatározására, a Barney-féle erőforrás-alapú elméletre és a Miller-féle konfigurációs elméletre épít, a vállalati teljesítmény mérése pedig az eszközarányos megtérülés (ROA) segítségével történt. A három klaszterképző változó (ROA, foglalkoztatotti létszám, cégkor) szerint négy klaszter létrehozatala bizonyult relevánsnak: a "középkorú hatékonyak", a "kiforrott középszerűek", az "érett középvállalatok" és az "összpontosító fiatalok". Az eredmények a magyar családi mikro-, kis- és középvállalati mintán azt igazolják, hogy a versenyképességet meghatározó tényezők köre a cégkor és a vállalati életciklus szerint jelentős mértékben eltérhet, ahogyan arra már más tanulmányok is felhívták a figyelmet. Az eredmények hozzájárulnak ahhoz, hogy az erőforrások és képességek erősségeit és gyengeségeit, valamint a vállalati teljesítmény korspecifikus összetevőinek hatásmechanizmusait elméleti és gyakorlati oldalról is megértsük, ezzel segítve az eredményes gazdaságpolitika kialakítását.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L26, M10.
