Einstellungsgutscheine effektiver als Kombilöhne

Der Ansatz favorisiert befristete Lohnkostenzuschüsse für neu eingestellte Langzeitarbeitslose bzw. für gering qualifizierte Arbeitslose. Diese sollen Arbeitgebern in Form von Einstellungsgutscheinen gewährt werden. Von der gezielten Reduzierung der Arbeitskosten versprechen sich die Autoren eine Zunahme der Neueinstellungen zuvor Arbeitsloser.
