Abstract

Egyptian data show that unilateralism dominates dispute resolution mechanisms, though with domestic clients bilateralism is equally important. Recourse to law and third parties is rare. Whether disputes are with suppliers or clients, domestic firms or foreign affects the choice of mechanism.
