Betriebsräte und Mitarbeiter in betrieblichen Innovationsprozessen: Stand der Forschung und Entwicklung eines psychologischen Forschungsmodells

Abstract

Für die Förderung von Innovation in deutschen Unternehmen stellt sich die Frage: Was können Betriebsräte tun, um Mitarbeiter zu innovativem Verhalten zu bewegen? Der vorliegende Beitrag setzt an dieser Stelle an und bildet einen ersten Schritt zur Klärung dieser Fragestellung. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, ein theoretisches Modell zu entwickeln, das als Grundlage für eine systematische empirische Erforschung der Frage nach dem Einfluss des Betriebsrates auf das innovative Verhalten der Mitarbeiter dienen kann. Dabei wird zuerst der Stand der Forschung zur Förderung innovativer Verhaltensweisen der Mitarbeiter aufgearbeitet und überblickartig dargestellt. Danach wird kurz die Rolle des Betriebsrates bei betrieblichen Innovationen diskutiert. Im Zentrum steht die Frage, welche Möglichkeiten der Betriebsrat prinzipiell hat, um Innovationen im Unternehmen zu fördern.
