偶然力與科學素養對創業成功影響之相關研究

Abstract

擁有好的創新能力是成為一個創業家的基礎。本研究延續之前陳天宇(2019)所發展之創新能力量表,衡量創業家的創新能力,並比較偶然力與科學素養的差別。本研究以偶然力與科學素養作為創新能力之內涵,以恆毅力與自我實現作為創業成功之依據,探討創新能力對創業成功的影響。問卷發放對象為台灣創業一年以上之創業者,有效樣本379份。透過SPSS與AMOS進行數據分析,使用模型配適度指標驗證量表的信度與配適度,其值皆達標準,再以結構方程模式探討偶然力與科學素養兩大核心因素對創業成功的影響,以及創業次數在模型上的調節效果。 驗證結果如下:一、創業者的偶然力對恆毅力有正向顯著影響;二、創業者的偶然力對自我實現有正向顯著影響;三、創業者的科學素養對恆毅力有正向顯著影響;四、創業次數高低對偶然力與自我實現存在調節效果。因此本研究建議創業者若想要創造成功的事業,須具備良好的創新能力,並且對創業家而言,偶然力的測量值會優於科學素養的測量值,此外若能輔以以堅持不懈的態度以及想要實現自我價值的信念,便能在競爭激烈的環境中脫穎而出,從而創造事業之成功。
