National Evaluation of the Trade Adjustment Assistance Program: Characteristics of Workers Eligible Under the 2002 TAA Program and Their Early Program Experiences

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to better understand the characteristics of the population eligible for the 2002 provisions of TAA and its members’ experiences with the program.
