Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats d'une recherche empirique sur les systèmes de contrôle des équipes virtuelles. L'entreprise étudiée ne met pas totalement en oeuvre les conditions de succès préconisées par la littérature. Par ailleurs, elle combine contrôle des résultats, contrôle des comportements et contrôle clanique.
