Le rôle de l'outil de gestion des connaissances pour les communautés de pratique : le cas d'une chambre de commerce et d'industrie

Abstract

Les pratiques de partage de savoir entre individus ont largement été déployées au sein des organisations. Pour favoriser leur application et leur renouvellement, les connaissances sont mises en exergue et de nombreuses méthodologies sont testées dans le but de rendre actionnable le savoir métier des entreprises. Dans cet article, nous nous sommes intéressés aux systèmes d'information qui « gravitent » autour de la gestion des connaissances et plus particulièrement à leur rôle dans le processus de gestion des connaissances. Cette étude est le fruit de trois années d'investigation réalisées auprès d'une Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie dans laquelle nous avons suivi toutes les étapes de la mise en œuvre d'une plateforme collaborative adaptée aux communautés de pratique de l'organisation. A l'issue de cette recherche, nous proposons un découpage fonctionnel du rôle des technologies de l'information appliqué au processus de gestion des connaissances.
