Le rôle de la confiance dans le système de gouvernance des entreprises

La confiance est censée jouer un rôle important pour expliquer les écarts de performance entre les différents systèmes économiques nationaux. Cet article vise à analyser ce rôle en s'appuyant sur la théorie de la gouvernance des entreprises. Après avoir proposé une définition de la confiance comme mécanisme de gouvernance, précisé les caractéristiques ce dernier et analysé son impact sur la latitude managériale, nous avons exploré le lien existant entre la confiance et la création de valeur partenariale.
