La planeación agregada analizada desde el enfoque de la dinámica de sistemas

Abstract

El reciente interés que ha despertado la dinámica de sistemas como método para analizar los sistemas de producción a partir de la modelación de sistemas simplificados, ha permitido a investigadores probar diferentes estrategias aplicables se muestra la utilidad de la modelar sistemas de producción,de planeación agregada. La ilustración del explicación de los resultados brindan al lector la posibilidad de comprenderla importancia de esta herramienta en el análisis de situaciones reales la toma de decisiones en entornos productivos. ****** The recent interest shown the system dynamics as a method to analyze production systems from the simplified model has enabled researchers to test different strategies applied in the production planning. This article demonstrates the usefulness of system dynamics as a tool for modeling production systems, applied to the development of a case of aggregate planning. The illustration of the process and explanation of the results provide the reader can understand the importance of this tool in analyzing real situations for decision making in production environments.
