Impacto del etiquetado frontal de alimentos sobre el consumo

Abstract

En este trabajo estudiamos el impacto de la incorporación de la regulación llamada Guidelines Daily Amount (GDA) para el etiquetado de alimentos sobre el consumo de cacao en diferentes países del mundo. Tras diferentes años de adherencia a esta ley por parte de los países, implementamos un modelo de diferencias en diferencias y mostramos distintos controles de robustez para mostrar el efecto causal de esta medida. Encontramos un efecto positivo en el consumo de cacao.
