Abstract

Se utiliza un modelo de equilibrio general computable para analizar el desempleo y la informalidad. Evalúa el impacto de: i) la eventual eliminación de los aportes parafiscales sobre la nómina; ii) una política alternativa de manejo del salario mínimo, que elimine su incremento gradual en términos reales; iii) la eliminación de los descuentos tributarios sobre la inversión en activos fijos, y iv) la implementación de una política pública de fomento a la educación superior orientada a los grupos de menores ingresos.||*Este capítulo se encuentra incluido en la tercera parte del libro El mercado de trabajo en Colombia : hechos, tendencias e instituciones, titulada "El mercado de trabajo en el corto plazo"
