Abstract

Der Sachverständigenrat hat in dieser Expertise auf Bitten des Bundeswirtschaftsministers ein Lösungskonzept für eine Begrenzung der Staatsverschuldung ausgearbeitet. Dabei steht im Mittelpunkt eine Schärfung der nationalen Verschuldungsregeln, im Wesentlichen also eine Neufassung von Artikel 115 Grundgesetz.
