Fehlzeitenreport 2015. Krankheits- und unfallbedingte Fehlzeiten in Österreich

Abstract

Der Fehlzeitenreport vermittelt eine Übersicht über Entwicklung und Verteilung der gesundheitlich bedingten Fehlzeiten in Österreich. 2014 verringerte sich die Krankenstandsquote gegenüber dem Vorjahr, die Beschäftigten verbrachten im Jahresverlauf durchschnittlich 12,3 Kalendertage im Krankenstand, das entspricht einem Verlust an Jahresarbeitszeit von 3,4%. Frauen verzeichnen etwas mehr Krankenstandstage als Männer, ältere Beschäftigte weisen deutlich höhere Krankenstandsquoten auf als jüngere. Der Anteil der Fehlzeiten, die auf die Diagnose von psychischen Krankheiten zurückzuführen sind, hat weiter steigende Tendenz.
