Optionen einer einnahmenbasierten Budgetkonsolidierung

Abstract

Einnahmenseitige Maßnahmen könnten zwischen 10 und 28 Mrd. € zur Konsolidierung der öffentlichen Haushalte beitragen. Dieses Gesamtvolumen wäre volkswirtschaftlich verträglich über die Erhöhung spezieller Verbrauchsteuern, die Intensivierung der Vermögensbesteuerung und den Abbau von steuerlichen Ausnahmen mit nicht erwünschten wirtschaftspolitischen Effekten sowie über die Privatisierung ausgewählter Unternehmensbeteiligungen der öffentlichen Hand erreichbar.
