Ekonometryczna analiza efektywności technicznej farm mlecznych w Polsce na podstawie danych z lat 2004-2011

Abstract

Celem artykułu była ekonometryczna analiza efektywności technicznej gospodarstw rolnych zajmujących się produkcją mleka w Polsce. Przede wszystkim zaprezentowano konstrukcję i założenia stochastycznej granicznej funkcji produkcji w przypadku danych panelowych. Następnie omówiono szczegółową specyfikację mikroekonomicznej funkcji produkcji na podstawie danych panelowych, pochodzących z polskiego FADN (ang. Farm Accountancy Data Network). Główne rezultaty badań uzyskano w ramach funkcji translogarytmicznej. Wyniki te wskazały na rosnące korzyści skali w próbie, a średni poziom efektywności polskich farm wyniósł 69%. Dokonano również identyfikacji zmiennych egzogenicznych (tj. specjalizacji i wielkości gospodarstw), które okazały się źródłem istotnych różnic w poziomach efektywności badanych producentów mleka
