Трансформирующие И Селективные Системы: Исследование По Сравнительной Социологии Академических Рынков И Карьер

Abstract

E-mail: msokolov@eu.spb.ruИсследуются связи между структурой научных карьер и организацией рынков труда, характерных для той или иной национальной академической системы. Описаны два полярных идеальных типа - селективные и трансформирующие системы. Основное конститутивное отличие селективной системы состоит в том, что она вводит запрет на прохождение всей академической лестницы в одном учреждении в сочетании с ограничением времени, которое можно провести на младших ступенях. На примере академических систем Великобритании, Германии, России, США и Франции показано, как это отличие связано со многими другими особенностями институциональной конструкции национального академического мира: степенью конкурентности рынков труда; сложностью используемых конкурсных процедур; с тем, кому принадлежит инициатива на рынке труда-продавцу или покупателю рабочей силы; уровнем географической мобильности; распространением пожизненных контрактов; ролью формальных показателей в оценке продуктивности ученого; общим статусом академической профессии.
