Применение Алгоритма Решения Задачи Об Оптимальном Распределении Ресурсов К Проблеме Назначения Цены За Использование Интеллектуальной Собственности

Abstract

В статье обсуждается применение алгоритма решения задачи об оптимальном распределении ресурсов к задаче об оптимальном назначении вознаграждения за использование интеллектуальной собственности. Указаны условия применимости и изложен пример использования алгоритма при оптимизации ставок роялти в сделках по передаче технологии.
