Redes de pymes: una visión desde las teorías de club y de equipo

Abstract

La cooperación entre empresas se puede analizar desde diferentes concepciones teóricas. Este artículo analiza las redes de empresas desde el punto de vista de las teorías de clubes y de equipos, cuyo marco teórico es un aporte novedoso paracaracterizar las redes de empresas. Y muestra que para un análisis adecuado de los casos de cooperación es necesario integrar las dimensiones que caracterizan a ambas teorías. Este marco teórico integrado es complementario a los que hoy se utilizan en el análisis de redes.
