Abstract

[fre] Chômage des non-qualifiés et progrès technique. . Cet article développe une maquette d'équilibre général de moyen terme de l'économie française, dynamique et à anticipations rationnelles, calibrée sur données récentes, permettant d'analyser la progression du chômage et de l'inégalité de celui-ci selon les qualifications. Elle introduit un progrès technique non neutre et deux secteurs, un abrité et un concurrencé. Elle incorpore les principaux paramètres des politiques fiscales, parafiscales et sociales, et devrait être ainsi utile pour évaluer les conséquences de leurs modifications. Un exemple de ces dernières est analysé. [eng] Unemployment for unskilled labor and technical progress. the Charlotte model. . This paper develops a medium run general equilibrium model, dynamic with rational expectations, calibrated on recent data, with the purpose of analyzing the increase in unemployment and in its inequality across various qualifications. The model includes a non neutral technical progress and two sectors, one nontradable and one tradable. It incorporates the main parameters of fiscal and social policies, and should be useful to investigate the effects of their modifications. An example of these is analyzed..
