Bérfelzárkózás Magyarországon - fikció vagy valóság?
[Wage catch-up in Hungary: myth or reality?]

Abstract

A tanulmány a magyar gazdaság elmúlt tíz évének bérnövekedési folyamatait vizsgálja. Az intézményi-munkaügyi statisztikák alapján a reálbérek 2010-2020 között korábban sohasem tapasztalt mértékben növekedtek, valóságos bérrobbanást előidézve a munkaerőpiacon. A dinamikus béremelkedést azonban a termelékenység meglehetősen szerény növekedése kísérte, vagyis a gazdasági fundamentumok és a bérnövekedés mértéke között jelentős szakadék tátong. Mivel a reálbérek alakulásának szigorú makrogazdasági törvényszerűségei vannak, ezért a reálbérek markáns növekedése egyúttal a közgazdasági elmélettel is jelentős - valóságos rejtélynek tűnő - ellentmondásba került.
