A vállalati innováció fejlesztésének és elterjedésének hatása a magyar vállalatok teljesítményére
[The effect of development and spillover of corporate innovation on the performance of Hungarian companies]

Abstract

Az innováció akkor tud a leghatékonyabban hozzájárulni egy ország fejlődéséhez, ha annak megvalósítója a vállalati szféra, illetve a vállalkozó maga - állítja Schumpeter [1939]. A tanulmány ebből a megközelítésből kiindulva a vállalkozások által innovációnak minősített beruházásokat veszi górcső alá, megvizsgálva azok hatását a vállalkozások teljesítményére. A kutatás arra is választ keres, hogy az adott ágazaton belül a többi vállalkozás által elért innovációs teljesítménynek, illetve a külföldi üzleti, technológiai tudásának van-e tovagyűrűző hatása. Az elemzés 2007-2017 közötti időszakra vonatkozó vállalati adatokon alapul, és lineáris regresszió segítségével kísérel meg választ adni a felvetett kérdésekre. A kutatás eredményeképpen megállapítható, hogy a saját fejlesztésű innováció az egyik legfontosabb hajtóerővé vált a hazai ipari vállalatok teljesítményében a vizsgált időszakban, ugyanakkor sem az ágazati innovációs potenciálnak, sem pedig a külföldi vállalati jelenlétnek köszönhető érdemi tovagyűrűző hatás nem mutatható ki.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D24, G31, M11, O31.
