Dimension socioculturelle du profil des dirigeants et dynamisme des petites entreprises au Benin

Abstract

L’objectif de cet article est double. D’une part il tente de mettre en évidence les facteurs socioculturels qui caractérisent les promoteurs-dirigeants de Petites Entreprises (PE) au Bénin et d’autre part d’identifier ceux qui impactent le dynamisme de ces PE. La démarche méthodologique adoptée pour atteindre cet objectif est mixte. : une phase qualitative (axée sur des observations, des entretiens semi-directifs) et une phase quantitative reposant sur un questionnaire auprès d’un échantillon de 342 PE. Sur le total de treize facteurs socioculturels mise en évidence par la phase qualitative, l’analyse des données issues de la phase quantitative par la technique de régression logistique simple montre que sept facteurs impactent le dynamisme des PE étudiées.
