Research on Coordination Mechanism of Enterprise Supply Chain Based on IoT and IaaS Technology

Abstract

As a new generation of information technology, Internet of Things (IOT) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provide important support for improving the operation efficiency and collaboration level of enterprise supply chain (ISC). However, in the supply chain composed of IaaS services, the problems of self-interest behavior and information asymmetry among members easily lead to “double marginalization effect” and hinder the realization of synergistic benefits. In order to solve the above coordination problems, this paper deeply studies the core architecture of IOT and IaaS technologies and their application modes in supply chain management and constructs a coordination framework based on contract theory. The framework aims to effectively integrate the interests of upstream and downstream of the supply chain through the form of contract and reduce the negative impact caused by information asymmetry and decentralized decision-making. This paper provides effective support for supply chain collaborative management.
