Abstract

"Mit dem Programm 'WeGebAU' fördert die Bundesagentur für Arbeit die berufliche Weiterbildung von gering qualifizierten und älteren Beschäftigten. Es verbessert deren Chancen, länger in sozialversicherungspflichtiger Beschäftigung zu bleiben. Die positiven Effekte variieren allerdings mit dem Umfang der Beschäftigung, dem Alter der Geförderten und der Dauer der Weiterbildung." (Textauszug, IAB-Doku)
