Mobilit? sanitaria e comportamenti strategici regionali. Evidenze empiriche

Abstract

Il fenomeno della mobilit? sanitaria ? rappresentato da quel processo di migrazione di soggetti bisognosi di cure che scelgono di usufruire di prestazioni sanitarie in strutture poste all?esterno dell?area territoriale di competenza dell?azienda sanitaria di appartenenza, anche quando lo stesso trattamento sanitario ? disponibile nella propria area di residenza. L?articolo, dopo aver esaminato gli aspetti definitori e classificatori del fenomeno, la regolazione economica dei flussi economico-finanziari che ne conseguono fra le regioni e le statistiche descrittive del fenomeno in Italia, testa l?ipotesi di ricerca che le regioni attuino comportamenti strategici finalizzati ad aumentare i livelli di mobilit? sanitaria attiva.
