Doctor-patient mutual trust, telemedicine quality, and satisfaction: The role of knowledge management

Abstract

This study investigates how doctor-patient mutual trust and telemedicine quality influence patient satisfaction, emphasizing the mediating role of knowledge management. Survey data from Taiwan is analyzed using structural equation modeling.
