A temporal review of global recognition of India's knowledge‐based industry through an institutional viewpoint

Abstract

Skill and talent are the vital requirements in the success of the knowledge‐based service industry and gaining worldwide recognition. Independent India's institutions and organizations facilitated appropriate policies during the 1980s in recognizing India's role in this industry at the global arena. Development of knowledge‐based industry after economic liberalization in India and China has augmented international investments by foreign firms. The main aim of this paper is to analyse the attraction of India's talented, skilled workforce serving global firms from low‐cost maintenance services to innovation‐based R&D services fuelling regional growth. The role of institutions and organizations affected the growth of firms and markets. Las habilidades y el talento son los requisitos vitales para el éxito del sector de servicios basados en el conocimiento y la obtención del reconocimiento mundial. Las instituciones y organizaciones independientes de la India facilitaron la adopción de políticas apropiadas durante la década de 1980 para que se reconociese el papel de la India en este sector en el ámbito mundial. El desarrollo del sector de servicios basados en el conocimiento después de la liberalización económica en la India y en China ha aumentado las inversiones internacionales de empresas extranjeras. El objetivo principal de este artículo es analizar la atracción de la mano de obra con talento y capacitada de la India que trabaja en empresas de ámbito mundial de servicios de mantenimiento de bajo costo hacia los servicios de innovación basados en I+D que impulsan el crecimiento regional. Se observó que el papel de las instituciones y las organizaciones afecta al crecimiento de las empresas y los mercados. 知識ベースのサービス産業で成功して世界的な認知を得るには、技能と才能が必要不可欠である。インドの機関および組織は、1980年代の間にこの産業においてインドが世界的に果たす役割を認識するのに適切な政策を推進した。インドと中国の経済自由化後の知識ベースの産業の発展は、外国企業からの国際投資を増大させている。本稿の主な目的は、コストの低い保守サービスから、地域の成長を促進するイノベーションに基づく研究開発サービスまで、グローバル企業にサービスを提供する、才能があり優れた技能を備えたインドの労働力の魅力を分析することである。機関と組織の役割は、企業と市場の成長に影響を与えている。
