Main Challenges to the Educational and Professional Qualification of the Labor Force in Bulgaria

Abstract

The paper studies the educational characteristics of the labor force, their forming in the educational system and their accordance with the needs of the labor market. The paper marks more important directions for future development and overcoming of the drawn potential and existing disproportions and challenges in these areas.
