Abstract

L'objet de ce travail est de préciser les problèmes d'interprétation et de mesure du progrès technique tant d'un point de vue économique que statistique. La première partie précise la façon dont doit être mené le progrès technique lorsque des contraintes, telles que des quotas, pèsent sur la production. La seconde partie présente les methodes économétriques récentes (test de racines unitaires, mesure de la persistance) permettant de préciser la nature du progrès technique (déterministe, stochastique).
