A fogyasztói magatartás elemzése feltételes választási modellekkel - a mangalicakolbász példáján
[Analysing consumer behaviour with conditional choice models, with Mangalica sausage as an example]

Abstract

A tanulmány célja, hogy felmérje a mangalicakolbászra vonatkozó fogyasztói preferenciákat, azaz meghatározza a vásárlási döntések során leginkább fontosnak ítélt terméktulajdonságokat, azok irányát és a szintjeikre vonatkozó fizetési hajlandóságot. A vizsgálat diszkrét választási kísérleten keresztül zajlott, ahol négy terméktulajdonságot (ár, hústartalom, eredetjelzés, beszerzési hely) azonosítottunk. A felállított hipotézisek szerint az eredetjelzés használata befolyásolja leginkább a fizetési hajlandóságot; a fogyasztók szociodemográfiai jellemzői meghatározó szempontot képviselnek a választások során. A becslésekhez három modellspecifikációit (multinomiális logit, látenscsoport-, véletlen paraméterű logit modell) is felhasználtunk. Az eredmények alapján megállapítható, hogy a fogyasztók a törzskönyvezett állatból származó húsra vonatkozó eredetjelzést és a termelői piacon történő beszerzést egyértelműen preferálják a többi tulajdonságszinttel szemben.
