Abstract

Humankapital hat sich als einer der wichtigsten Standortfaktoren der Industriegesellschaft und erst recht des technologieintensiven und exportorientierten Baden-Württemberg herauskristallisiert. Eine unzulängliche Nutzung von Humankapital führt zu einer Minderung der Standortqualität und bedarf geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen.
