Von der Konstruktion von Industrienormen zur Organisation der Berufsausbildung: Eine vergleichende Analyse am Beispiel von Großbritannien, Deutschland, Japan und Frankreich

Abstract

In diesem Papier werden Ausbildungszertifikate und Diplome als Industrie-Normenverstanden und analysiert, also als Dokumente mit standardisierten Informationen fürdie Akteure in der Wirtschaft. Im ersten Teil wird der vergleichende Analyserahmenentwickelt und die Hypothese über die verschiedenen Modelle des zeitgenössischen Kapitalismus dargestellt. Im zweiten Teil wird die institutionelle Einbettung des Normenbildungsprozesses in vier "Familien" des Kapitalismus erläutert. Im dritten Teil geht es um die Konstruktion von Diplomen und Zertifikaten der Berufsausbildung; dabei wird die Art und Weise, wie Industrienormen entwickelt undeingesetzt werden, als heuristischer Rahmen genommen. Untersucht werden diese Fragen anhand der Situationen in Großbritannien, Deutschland, Japan und Frankreich.
